  • I work with clients experiencing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other gastrointestinal conditions that impact daily life. Research shows that brain–gut behavioral therapies can help manage and improve GI symptoms by addressing the connection between the nervous system and digestive system. In therapy, we focus on reducing stress-related symptom flare-ups, building coping skills for discomfort, and supporting lifestyle changes that improve overall digestive health and quality of life.

  • I provide clinical case consultation for therapists who want guidance in supporting clients with eating disorders and body image concerns. Together, we can:

    • Identify where your client may be feeling stuck or not progressing

    • Explore evidence-based, client-centered interventions tailored to their needs

    • Strengthen your clinical skills and confidence in treating eating disorders and body image struggles

Whether you’re new to this work or looking to deepen your expertise, consultation offers practical strategies, new perspectives, and professional support so you can feel more equipped.

I offer weight-inclusive care guided by the principles of Health at Every Size® (HAES®). The focus is on supporting overall well-being without centering weight as the main measure of health. My approach emphasizes sustainable habits like finding enjoyable ways to move and nourish your body. I aim to provide a respectful, nonjudgmental space where all bodies are valued. Your care will always center your unique needs, goals, and experiences.

I am committed to providing affirming and inclusive care for LGBTQIA+ individuals. The therapy space is one where you can show up as your full, authentic self without fear of judgment. I celebrate the diversity of gender, sexuality, and expression and am here to support you in your journey toward healing, self-acceptance, and thriving. Everyone deserves care that affirms who they are.

My goal is for people to leave each session feeling heard and understood and with something tangible, whether it's a new perspective, a strategy, or a skill to try or focus on afterward.
